Pay a nonrefundable $100 deposit, along with $100 a week for the purposes of going to and from a designated pick up and drop off location.

A total amount of $400 a month is due collectively.

This will be the only pick up location and drop off work location. If you have any other desired location Tag Along fees will apply.
The fees include $1.10 a minute in city limits and $1.25 a minute outside of city limits.
